2. General

We take the protection of your personal data seriously and handle it confidentially, in line with the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act. This site is deliberately built to collect as little as possible. There are no advertising tools and no marketing or tracking cookies. Google Analytics was in use until 6 September 2026 and has been removed without replacement. Audience measurement now runs entirely cookieless (section 4).

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Pages are delivered through the Vercel edge network, for visitors from Europe usually from locations inside the EU, among them Frankfurt am Main. When you open a page, Vercel processes technically necessary data, including your IP address, in order to deliver the content. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and efficient operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Vercel Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

4. Audience measurement with Vercel Web Analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics (provider: Vercel Inc.) to collect anonymised usage statistics such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate country-level origin and device type. We also record individual events without any personal reference, for example when a video is started or a button is clicked. The method works without cookies and without persistent storage of your IP address. No profiles are created and no cross-site recognition takes place. Because no information is stored on or read from your device, section 25 TDDDG does not apply and no consent banner is required. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in statistical analysis of website usage (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

5. Server log files

When you visit the website, information transmitted by your browser is automatically recorded in server log files: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, date and time of the request, and the IP address. This data is not merged with other sources and serves only technical operation and security. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

6. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, name, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. Our mailbox at info@nanocredit.world runs on Google Workspace. The processor for this is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures, or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in answering you. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

7. Booking a call (meetergo)

On the page /call we embed the booking tool of meetergo GmbH (Germany) in an iframe. It loads when you open that page, and your IP address is transmitted to meetergo at that point. If you book a slot, the details you enter (such as name, email address and preferred time) are transmitted to meetergo and processed there to arrange the appointment. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The privacy policy of meetergo GmbH applies in addition.

8. Pitch deck (external link)

Our pitch deck is hosted by an external provider (Peony, https://app.peony.ink). The page /pitch forwards you there. Only once you follow that link does the provider process your data under its own terms. No data is sent to that provider from this website itself.

9. Videos

All videos on this site are stored on our own server and served directly from it. There are no YouTube, Vimeo or other third-party players embedded. Playing a video sends no data to any third party.

10. Fonts

The fonts used here are downloaded at build time and served from our own server. No connection is made to third-party servers such as Google Fonts, and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party for this purpose.

11. Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own, neither for audience measurement nor for marketing. Only the booking tool embedded on /call may set cookies that are required for its own function.

12. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

• access the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
• erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
• restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
• data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)

13. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.

This privacy policy is adjusted whenever changes in our processing or in the legal situation make it necessary.
