For builders

Technology and contracts

What runs today, what is a module, and what does not exist yet. The flow for customers and stores is on How it works.

The architecture in five lines

  1. World App

The product is a Mini App inside World App. No separate download, no wallet setup.

  2. World ID proof

One nullifier per person, so a second account for the same human gets nothing.

  3. NanoLoanManager on World Chain

The contract holds the pool, the credit limit and the interest clock. It is the only place a limit changes.

  4. USDC to the merchant wallet

The payout goes to the store, never to the customer. There is no address that can cash out.

  5. Repayment through the app

Gas is sponsored, so repayments arrive through a relayer and cost the customer nothing on top.

The contract

NanoLoanManager is deployed on World Chain mainnet. It is the pilot contract from Manila: unaudited, paused since the market went on hold, with a pool that the founder funded and capped. Payouts go to the store wallet, repayments come back through the app with sponsored gas, so the explorer shows our relayer, not individual customers.

We share the address, the source and the pilot data with partners and reviewers on request. Write to info@nanocredit.world.

Identity is a module

The credit contract does not care which proof of uniqueness it gets. World ID does the job today. In May 2025 we built a zero-knowledge passport proof via Self.xyz as a proof of concept, for markets where World ID is not available.

The Philippines is the reason this is a module and not a dependency.

Status, without the polish

  • One app, and no SDK yet.
  • The code is private.
  • The pilot contract is unaudited, and the pool was capped by the founder for exactly that reason.

Watch the demo

Two recordings from the pilot: the app end to end, and what the contract does while the customer waits at the counter.

Walking through the app

The whole thing end to end: pick a store, ask for a small amount, get verified with World ID, walk out with the goods.

Credit and repayment, on chain

What the smart contract does while the customer waits at the counter, and what repayment looks like a week later.

Screen and phone recordings of the pilot app.

Run on our contracts

NanoCredit is a product today and built as a credit layer others can run on. If you bring capital and borrowers in a market with World ID, you can run on our contracts.

We are looking for the first external deployment partner.
